How to take shilajit resin paste
Start with a very small amount, about the size of a grain of rice, dissolved into warm water, tea, milk, coffee, or an herbal drink. Stir until fully dissolved.
New users should start low and increase gradually only as desired. A common serving range is approximately 100 mg to 300 mg per day. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before use, especially if pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or under medical supervision.
Product care
